Refund policy

Our exchange policy was drawn up based on the Consumer Protection Code, thus ensuring the maintenance of the respect that Prosperity Web Store has for its customers.

Before requesting an exchange, it is good for the customer to know that all images, videos and accessories of the advertised products are merely illustrative, and may change according to the batches made available by the manufacturers.

All occurrences involving exchanges or returns must be made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days from the delivery date and must be requested from our customer service sector, but be aware of the following rules:

• The customer must inform all items of the exchange request; • The product must be returned in its original packaging; • The product cannot show signs of use; • The product must have all labels/seals/envelopes intact; • The product must be sent together with the Invoice, manuals and accessories; • The product must not be returned without prior notice to Prosperity Web Store; • If the purchase was made through CNPJ/MF, the company/customer must issue the Return Invoice in accordance with current legislation (if in doubt, contact the accountant you trust); • If the product has been assembled, it must be disassembled by the customer using the manual. If you understand that it is necessary to contract a disassembly service, you must do it directly with a company you trust and bear the corresponding costs; • In cases where the crate was damaged when opening or the original packaging was discarded, the customer must arrange for a new one to be made, bearing the corresponding costs.

It is good for the customer to know that if the rules are not complied with, the items in the exchange request will not be collected by the carrier or will be returned to the customer after technical analysis at our Distribution Center.

If necessary, the Prosperity Web Store may request photos and/or videos of the claimed product, in order to better direct the request. In this case, the requesting customer will have a period of 48 (forty-eight) hours to forward the evidence so that the Prosperity Web Store can proceed with the exchange request.

Once the return has been verified and approved by our responsible sectors, the customer must forward the products to our store's registration address.

• Upon receipt of the Product, Prosperity Web Store will verify its conditions, as follows:

1) the product must be in its original packaging, with all manuals, parts and accessories, As Received; 2) the defect presented must correspond to the description made by the Customer; It is 3) the product must not show signs of misuse by the Customer

In case of defect due to misuse

• If the Product does not meet the conditions for exchange or return, the Prosperity Web Store will notify the Customer to withdraw the Product in question or to bear the costs of Maintenance and freight for Shipping the Product to the Customer.

In case of factory defect

• If the Product has Factory Defects, Prosperity Web Store will notify the Customer, who will be able to choose one of the options below:

1) Receive an identical product, of the same brand, line, model and version, without any additional cost, as long as there is availability in stock;

If the Product to be exchanged is unavailable, the Customer may choose: 1) By refunding the full amount of the payment. 2) For immediate exchange for any Product available on the Prosperity Web Store, with compensation in case of difference in value.

In case of regret of purchase

The customer may choose to cancel the order for regret within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. Some Products have a Longer Return Period, Consult Us.

For the refund to be made, the customer must contact our support via email: atendimento@prosperitywebstore.com.br and request cancellation due to regret, informing the order number and Customer Name.

Cash payment refund, Boleto or Pix

Upon Receipt of the Product at Our Distribution Center, We Will Make a Refund to the Customer within 3 Business Days. From the date of receipt of the Customer's Banking Details, or Receipt of the Product.

Reimbursement can be made via Pix, or Bank Deposit into the Order Issuer customer's account. Or Reversal of the Amount Paid by Credit Card.



Refund by Credit Card


Upon Receipt of the Package, Prosperity Web Store will initiate payment reversal within 3 business days. The Reimbursement will be authorized to the client's bank, which will be responsible for processing the reimbursement to the client as a form of Credit on the Client's Credit Card.


The customer may opt for a new order, store credit or refund of the amount paid.

If the customer chooses to obtain credit for future use, Prosperity Web Store will send confirmation of available credit by email.

The customer must use all of his credit or request a refund of the available credit within 30 calendar days. After that period, the credit amount will be used by the Prosperity Web Store.
In cases where the customer wishes to place a new order, the customer must pay for the compensation of the difference in value, if necessary.

Important! 


The returned product will undergo a thorough technical analysis in the quality area at our Distribution Center and only after confirming that there were no signs of misuse will the exchange be processed.

If the product is in technical compliance for the return, we will proceed with sending a new product or refunding the value, to the satisfaction of the customer.

Let's remember that the Prosperity Web Store will not make any exchange or cancellation for returned products without the prior authorization of the service.

When to refuse the product?
If any of the hypotheses below occurs, refuse receipt and write the
reason for refusal on the back of the Invoice.


Opened or damaged packaging;

Defective product;

Product in disagreement with the order placed;
missing items
Missing items or accessories.
product being used
Product with signs of use.

Items missing from return / Violated goods
Upon receipt of the goods, it is essential that the customer carry out the reservation of his products, checking all the items.

If the customer accepts the goods and identifies that there are requested items that are not in his order, the customer must:

• Contact the Prosperity Web Store, informing the problem in detail, in addition to information such as order number, order receipt date and full name.

• Once this is done, we will pass it on to the responsible sector so that it can be analyzed in the camera footage, for customer safety reasons;

• If the product has been included, we will provide the customer with footage of their order being packed and we will not be responsible for the lack of it, as it is the customer's sole responsibility to make the exception when receiving the purchase;

• If it has not been included, we will send the product to the customer free of charge or the customer can proceed with the Return Request for the product, respecting the deadlines for Return.
