1. General conditions

Deliveries made by the Prosperity Web Store are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The delivery time is counted from the confirmation of payment in business days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Exceptionally deliveries can take place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Please check the dimensions of the product and make sure that they are suitable for your needs, to avoid any problems with exchanges and returns without the real need.

Our couriers make up to three delivery attempts at the specified location. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carrying an identification document to receive the goods and sign the protocol.

Important: after completing the order, it is not possible to change the delivery method, request an advance or priority. All delivery times take into account the stock, the region, the process for issuing the invoice and the time to prepare the product. With each order status update, our system automatically sends alert emails. Therefore, it is important to keep your email address up to date.

Situations in which delay in delivery may occur

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary that the recipient of the package, collect it at the Post Office, within 7 consecutive days. If the recipient of the order does not pick up the package, as per Correios rules, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring the payment of a new shipping fee of R$ 65.00 (Sixty-Five Reais) to resend the product.

After completing the order, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you provided the wrong address, contact customer service and request the cancellation of the purchase.

After canceling, update the delivery address in your registration.

Important: for security reasons, under no circumstances will our operators change the delivery address or customer registration data.

If you provided an incomplete address, contact customer service and provide the missing information.

Important: it will only be possible to add additional information such as block, floor, reference point. Changing the street name or building/house number, for example, is not allowed.

Natural and adverse factors: heavy rains, accidents or strikes in the region where the product should be delivered make it impossible for the carrier to arrive.

2. When to refuse delivery

Products are sent to the customer exactly as they were delivered to us by the manufacturer. If any of the hypotheses below occurs, refuse to receive the goods and write the reason for refusal on the back of the DANFE:

• open or damaged packaging;

• defective product;

• product not in accordance with the order;

• lack of accessories.

If you still accept the product, please contact customer service within 72 hours.

3. Commitment of carriers

In case of absence of the recipient, the carriers are committed to making up to three delivery attempts, on alternate days, with intervals of up to 48 hours between one and the other.

Delivery can only be made to a person over 18 years old who presents an identification document.

The carrier is forbidden to:

• enter the home;

• deliver by alternative means (example: lifting product through a window);

• perform product installation or maintenance;

• open the product packaging;

• collect return products;

• carry out delivery at a different address to the one stated in the DANFE;

• deliver to minors or those without an identification document.

4. Track your order

After making a purchase at the Prosperity Web Store, our system automatically sends alert emails notifying you of any change in order processing. When registering, inform a valid email so that you can receive these alerts.

Changes to closed order

Once the order has been completed, it will not be possible to change the ordered products, address or payment method. If you gave up on the purchase, or if the chosen payment method is not the one that suits you best, the ideal is to cancel the order through Customer Service and place a new one.

If you want to add a product to your purchase, you must place a new order for that new product.

I still haven't received my purchase

Check below what could have happened.

1. Delivery date: check if the expected delivery date has passed.

If the order delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service department.

2. Address data: confirm that the delivery address is correct in your registration. For your safety, our operators cannot change customer registration data.

If there is any discrepancy, please update the delivery address in your registration and contact our customer service department.

3. Payment: confirm that the payment has already been approved. The payment approval period varies from 1 to 3 business days according to the way in which it was made.

4. Absence of recipient: check the status of the order. If there is information that the Prosperity Web Store has already made an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we ask that you wait 24h to 48h. We are committed to making up to three consecutive delivery attempts.

If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will forward the product(s) to the Distribution Center and send you a notification. Once you receive it, contact our customer service department.

Carriers are advised to leave a notice indicating that they have been to the address provided.

If you live in an apartment, check if the product was delivered to the concierge.

5. Product refusal: make sure that people in charge of receiving the product, such as porters or employees, have not refused to receive it. In that case, contact our customer service department.

6. Natural and adverse factors: make sure that, on the days scheduled for delivery, there are no heavy rains, accidents or strikes in the region where the product should be delivered, making it impossible for the carrier to arrive.

Our customer service team is trained to clarify and solve any occurrence that could compromise the delivery time informed in the purchase. If your queries are not resolved through our website, please contact our customer service department.

Delivery time and availability

The deadline for delivering the products varies according to the location, payment method and availability of the purchased product and can be viewed on the page of each product.

When purchasing more than one product, they will be delivered according to the delivery time for each one.

Attention: the deadline for delivery of the order starts to be considered from its payment approval, after validation of the registration data.

Special cases of availability:

Product in stock

This means that the product is already available in stock at the Prosperity Web Store. In this way, delivery only depends on the delivery time for the region you live in (city/state/) + payment method;

Last units in stock

Did you see this phrase on the product sheet? So run to secure yours, because stock is almost over.

In case of payment by credit card, the deadline for delivery is considered from the confirmation of payment by the card administrator, which can occur in up to 2 (two) calendar days.

To further enhance your security, orders paid by credit card undergo a check of registration data. If there is registration discrepancy,

Bank slip

In case of payment by bank slip, the Prosperity Web Store releases the order upon confirmation of payment by the bank. Confirmation is carried out within three working days from the date of payment of the bill.

Change delivery address

Completed purchase: for your security, it is not possible to change the delivery address after completing the purchase.

All transported goods are carefully packaged. Oversized products come pre-packaged with impact protection from the manufacturer, receiving no additional packaging from the Prosperity Web Store. They are shipped exclusively in the original factory packaging. If you receive the damaged package of your order, refuse delivery and write the reason on the back of the invoice. In the areas served by the Prosperity Web Store delivery service, the Express Shipping option is available, with a delivery time of 10 to 20 business days, at a cost of R$ 39.90 (Thirty-Nine Reais with Ninety Cents) , fixed for all products on the site. Important: The delivery period starts to be counted from the payment confirmation. Condition valid for products sold and shipped by Prosperity Web Store, made with credit card, bank slip and Pix, from Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and holidays.
